Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, Mira Stella offers you the possibility of returning or exchanging it.

Certain conditions must be followed when returning an online purchase.

Customised or resized products will not be exchanged or refunded. The item must not have been worn. The certificate of authenticity must be intact and returned with the product in its original packaging.
You can make a return or an exchange within 14 days of receiving your jewelry.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. In the event of an exchange, the new product will be sent to you free of charge if if your purchase value exceeds 950 euros and your delivery address is located within the European Union.
The product must be returned to the address that we will provide using the same carrier that was previously used for shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt of your parcel.
We will make every effort to refund you, return the exchanged product, or send you a credit note within 72 working hours upon receipt of your return.
In the event of a return from outside the EU, we will contact you beforehand to let you know whether customs charges will be deducted from the refund or credit note.
